30-Day Happiness Guarantee. Return requests accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging; opened fragrance oils only if they arrived damaged, leaking or defective. Start a return by emailing support@tuenta.com with your order number — we reply within 1–2 business days. Damaged or wrong items: send a photo within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Refunds go to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
