Wellness disclaimer
Our diffusers and fragrance oils are home fragrance products designed to create a relaxing atmosphere. They are not medical devices or medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or sleep disorder. Words such as "relax", "calm" or "sleep" describe the bedtime routine these products are designed for, not a guaranteed health result. Individual experiences vary.
If you are pregnant or nursing, have asthma or another respiratory condition, are sensitive to fragrance, or have ongoing trouble sleeping, talk to a doctor before use.
Fragrance oil safety
- For aromatic use in diffusers and scent machines only. Do not ingest, apply to skin, or use in food, candles or cosmetics.
- Avoid contact with eyes. If it happens, rinse with plenty of water. If irritation continues, get medical advice.
- If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call Poison Help at 1-800-222-1222 or seek medical attention right away.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets. Some fragrances can be harmful to pets, especially cats and birds. Diffuse in a well-ventilated room and make sure pets can leave the room. Ask your veterinarian if you are unsure.
- Fragrance oils may be combustible. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames.
- Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Oils can mark some surfaces, so wipe up spills promptly.
Diffuser safety
- Use only as described in the instruction manual: clean water plus a few drops of fragrance oil, never above the fill line.
- Place on a flat, stable, water-resistant surface, out of reach of children and pets.
- Unplug before filling, emptying or cleaning. Do not immerse the unit in water.
- Use the included USB cable with a 5 V / 1 A power source. Stop using the diffuser if the cable or unit is damaged.
- The "flame" is a visual effect made with LED light and cool mist. There is no real fire, heat or smoke, but the unit is still an electrical device and should be handled as one.
About our "hotel-inspired" scents
Our scent names and descriptions, such as "Luxury Hotel White Tea", "Grand Lobby" or "Signature Suite", are our own interpretations of the atmosphere of upscale hotels. Tuenta is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any hotel, resort or fragrance brand, and our products are not copies of any branded fragrance. Any third-party names or trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Product information and images
We work to describe our products accurately. Colors, light and mist effects can look different depending on your screen and room. Sizes, capacities and run times are approximate. We may update product details, packaging or prices at any time without notice.
Shipping, discounts and returns
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Promotions such as multi-scent discounts are applied automatically in the cart, may change or end at any time and cannot be combined unless stated. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy describe how orders, delivery and returns work.
Intellectual property
The Tuenta name, logo, texts, page designs and original images on this site belong to Tuenta or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
Third-party services and links
This store runs on Shopify and accepts payments through PayPal. When you use those services, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuenta is not liable for damage caused by using our products in a way that does not follow the instructions and warnings above or in the product manual.
